Covid vaccines as biological weapons? New developments in the case against Gates and Bourla
Sep 13, 2026
In the high-profile Dutch trial against Bill Gates, Albert Bourla and leading politicians regarding Covid-19 vaccines, the court rejected expert testimony regarding Covid-19 vaccines as a biotechnological weapon. The case will now go to appeal. Lawyer Van Kessel was released from custody and a key witness, Professor Francis Boyle, died unexpectedly. We have learned of new developments in the trial from Karel Beckmann, publisher and editor-in-chief of our Dutch partner publication, De Andre Krant . Lawyer Van Kessel was released yesterday pending trial . The plaintiffs’ lead lawyer, Arno van Kessel, was accused of being a member of a “criminal organization” that allegedly attempted to overthrow the government by force. A house search took place on June 11, followed by his arrest. According to De Andre Krant , the prosecution’s arguments are becoming increasingly absurd.
Here is the latest on the Gates/Bourla trial, led by Van Stassen (Van Kessel's partner) – the next hearing is on March 9 in Amsterdam, where witness Latypova will appear
Former pharmaceutical CEO Sasha Latypova, who has been proposed as an expert witness in the civil lawsuit against billionaire Bill Gates, former Prime Minister Mark Rutte and the Dutch state, among others, will be present at the appeal hearing in Amsterdam on March 9, where it will be decided whether she and four other international experts will be allowed to testify orally.
“In a significant development in the Dutch case against Bill Gates, Albert Bourla and Dutch officials, the experts have finally been allowed to appear in court,” Sasha Latypova reported last week on her Substack (“Due Diligence and Art”). “I will appear in court in Amsterdam on March 9.” According to Latypova, expert witness Catherine Austin Fitts – a former high-ranking US official who now lives in Friesland – is also planning to travel to the capital. However, none of them will be heard by the Amsterdam court, as the appeal currently focuses on whether the five expert witnesses proposed by Peter Stassen are allowed to testify orally. After the hearing, both expert witnesses, together with lawyer Peter Stassen, will present their perspective at a press conference organized by the Recht Oprecht Foundation in central Amsterdam. This press conference is exclusive to members of the press, who must register with the foundation in advance.
Last August, the court in North Holland (Leeuwarden) rejected Stassen's request to hear five international experts under oath regarding the Covid vaccinations, after which he appealed. He had made the request on behalf of three new clients who had suffered serious physical and non-material damage as a result of the mRNA vaccinations. They are considering bringing their own main action, as seven other victims, one of whom has since died, have already done against the Dutch state, Mark Rutte, Hugo de Jonge, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, Bill Gates and twelve other individuals. Stassen holds them personally liable for the damages suffered on behalf of his clients, who claim to have been “deceived” about the safety and effectiveness of the vaccinations.
In order to better assess their chances in court, the three new clients filed a request for a “preliminary expert opinion and testimony” from Latypova, Austin Fitts, former Pfizer executive Mike Yeadon, researcher Katherine Watt and psychotherapist Joseph Sansone. They were to be questioned under oath about the true nature of the Covid vaccines, which the plaintiffs in the main case consider to be “biological weapons used to commit genocide”.
It is now known that the appeal hearing will take place on Monday, March 9 (11:00) at the Amsterdam court.
Court clerk Stassen informed the court of this in writing on January 20. Two days later, Stassen sent an email to the court, requesting, among other things, that his client bring the five expert witnesses to the hearing “so that they can be heard by your court” and that Stassen could “consult them” during the oral proceedings. It is noteworthy that Stassen had already submitted reports from Latypova, Watt, Yeadon and Sansone to the court in both the preliminary and main proceedings. Stassen uses these reports to argue that the Covid-19 vaccines are indistinguishable from a biological weapon.
On January 28, prosecutor Pels Rijcken opposed Stassen’s request to hear the five individuals at the hearing in an email to the court. “Whether or not these individuals are heard is actually the very subject of this case,” argued the Dutch state’s lawyer. In the following days, Bourla’s lawyer, among others, reiterated this position. Gates' lawyer stated on January 30 that "hearings are generally public and that the appellants are free to bring anyone to the hearing" and that it is up to the court to decide whether any of the experts should be heard.
On February 6, the court responded to Stassen's request via email, as shown in a recent update on the website Rechtoprecht.online. "The hearing is public," the email said. "The proposed witnesses/experts are permitted to be present." However, the court denied the request for a hearing: depending on the verdict, they may be heard "at a later date." This did not deter Latypova from traveling to Amsterdam in early March.
The court has given Stassen one hour to present her statement at the first instance and has ordered that all defendants must be present in person. Due to the potentially high public interest, the hearing will be live-streamed on March 9. Another date that can already be noted is Thursday, October 22. The oral hearing in the main case will take place at that time, starting at 12:30 in Leeuwarden, and defendants such as Gates and Bourla must also be present in person.
