On 22 February, I brought an action for annulment before the Court of Justice of the European Union, on behalf of a father of two minor children, against the now unconditional approval of Comirnaty by Pfizer/BioNTech. The action has already been served on the European Commission by the Legal Office and the case now has the case number T-109/23.

An action for annulment of the marketing authorisation of Comirnaty by Pfizer/BioNTech has been pending before the General Court since 22 February 2023 under case number T-109/23.
The General Court
The so-called COVID-19 "vaccines" such as Comirnaty by BioNTech and Spikevax by Moderna were brutally thrown onto the market by the European Commission in a central authorisation procedure applicable to all EU Member States, in breach of all EU legal pharmaceutical provisions and imposing direct or indirect "vaccination obligations" on the entire population, including the youngest and unborn children, and under systematic and serious misrepresentation of the facts (effectiveness and safety). What has happened in the EU since 27 December 2020 is the most serious crime against humanity since the Second World War.

I have also brought a similar action for annulment against the approval of the drug Spikevax by Moderna, which is also based on mRNA and genetic engineering. The corresponding case is pending under the number T-108/23.

We will defend the legitimacy of the lawsuit all the way to the European Court of Justice, because the approval decisions have an obvious regulatory nature, and since the national courts have so far, with few exceptions, completely failed, we EU citizens must fight for our human right not to be subjected to pharmaceutical Russian roulette as guinea pigs before the court that will ultimately have to decide on the illegality of the approval decisions.
