Apr 30, 2024

The former player arrived at Stade Lavallois in 2021, but after a series of injuries curtailed his career, he was forced to retire near the end of last season. The now-retired striker has insisted he is neither a conspiracy theorist nor an anti-vaxxer, but he wants the courts to investigate whether there is a link between his injuries and the vaccine.
Fumu Tamuzo told France Bleu : "I want to understand why my body stopped working," with the former player claiming he suffered a series of injuries around the same time he was vaccinated against the disease.

Along with Pfizer and BioNTech, Fumu Tamuzo is also taking action against the French Football Federation, because as his lawyer explains: “At the time Fumu Tamuzo was vaccinated (July 2021), vaccination was not mandatory. It would later become so for professional footballers. I believe that the FFF has a responsibility in this story. It built a health protocol before the introduction of a law.”
A hearing will take place on July 2 in Paris, where the courts will decide whether to appoint a panel of experts to determine whether there was a causal link between his injuries and the vaccination.
