Pilots' union files lawsuit against 18 US airlines over mandatory vaccination

Apr 1, 2024

The more people get vaccinated, the greater the risk of sudden illnesses like heart attacks. Pilots see this as a growing safety risk for commercial aviation. No studies are being conducted to rule out risks, even though pilots secretly complain of health problems. It is clear that it is safer to fly with unvaccinated pilots than with vaccinated pilots.

Pilots' union files lawsuit against 18 US airlines over mandatory vaccination
The law firm John Pierce Law has filed a lawsuit against Atlas Air on behalf of the US Freedom Flyers (USFF) and Atlas workers, and plans to sue all major airlines, 18 in total, as well as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Department of Transportation (DOT) to file a lawsuit. The lawsuit claims that the vaccination requirements these agencies impose on airline workers violate their constitutional, religious, and medical liberties.

The lawsuit against Atlas Air was filed in federal court in the Southern District of Florida, and more than 100 plaintiffs have joined the process.

“At its core, this case is about whether Americans should be forced to choose between earning a living and participating in an experimental, dangerous medical treatment,” the lawsuit states.

The plaintiffs are mostly unvaccinated pilots, flight attendants, and other Atlas employees.

“It’s also about the safety of the U.S. airline industry. Should pilots — who are required by federal law to be among the healthiest workers in the country — who have taken an experimental “vaccine” that has now been shown to have potentially fatal long-term side effects be allowed to fly large aircraft in our skies? While those who (wisely) declined such a course will be forced from their jobs,” it says.

Atlas Air is one of the industry’s largest cargo airlines and the world’s largest operator of Boeing 747 aircraft.

The law firm was founded by attorney John Pierce, who also founded the National Constitutional Law Union. He previously represented George Papadopoulos in the 2016 “Russia hoax,” secured a dismissal of the DNC lawsuit, and helped secure a presidential pardon. He also currently represents defendants charged in the January 6 Capitol breach.

“So the lawsuit was filed. We’re currently in the process of delivering to everyone. And then we’ll probably be filing for an injunction soon to make sure that all COVID-related mandates stop immediately. And then we’ll continue with the litigation, the decisions, the practices, the disclosure, and ultimately go to trial,” Pierce told The Epoch Times.

This week, John Pierce Law plans to file another lawsuit against United Airlines.

“We’re basically going to attack all of them in turn, and then we’re going to go after the FAA as well. We’re going to have these vaccination requirements and COVID restrictions declared unconstitutional. And we’re going to have a determination that there was discrimination under Title Seven. We’re going to get punitive damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress and things like that,” Pierce said.

“Ultimately, it’s going to take a major fix. And it’s probably going to take legislation and bringing everyone involved to the table, but the first step is civil litigation.”

Airlines that are government contractors are affected by President Joe Biden’s order last September requiring all airline employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Pierce said that as soon as he heard about the airline’s rules, he predicted that this would be the next big wave of lawsuits.

“[These lawsuits are] absolutely crucial. It’s a very, very red line — when you get to the point where you have to choose between an experimental drug shot in your arm and your paycheck, it’s just un-American, it’s unconstitutional, it’s outrageous, it’s sick.”

Josh Yoder, an airline pilot and spokesman for Freedom Flyers, said in a recent interview with Del Bigtree, as reported , that there has been harassment, threats, intimidation, vaccination violations and even “suicides related to these rules.”

“We don’t do class action lawsuits. Individuals sue. The reason is that so many people have been harmed, to varying degrees. There are the unvaccinated people who have been harassed, threatened, and intimidated into getting vaccinated. Then there are also many people who were vaccinated against their will, who were forced to do so under threat of losing their jobs,” Yoder said.

“And then we have the vaccine-injured people, and the number of vaccine-injured people is increasing every day,” Yoder continued, “it’s just incredible what’s happening to pilots.”
