Another doctor risks losing her license for using Ivermectin

Especially in the last 5 years, it has happened in many places around the world that doctors have been threatened loosing their medical licence and fined because they put their patient's needs first and relied on their experience in treating patients with old, well-known medicines that have long since gone off patent, e.g. Ivermectin.

Ivermectin's modest side effect profile has long been known through both studies and physician experience. Ivermectin has been used for at least 40 years and is effective against a wide range of parasitic diseases, viruses, and even cancer.

The punishment becomes even worse if these doctors share their experiences with other doctors or the public.

In several places around the world, doctors have also been punished for maintaining the right to question the efficacy and safety of vaccines.

If the rumor was that Ivermectin was an effective treatment for COVID-19, it would threaten the narrative that there was no treatment for COVID-19 in the era of the alleged pandemic. This narrative paved the way for insufficiently researched products, through conditional approvals, or Emergency Use Authorisations, EUAs. The gene therapy-based so-called vaccines (modified mRNA) did not have to meet the same strict requirements that applied to other forms of medicine, despite the fact that it was an invasive therapy with a new foreign substance, Lipid Nanoparticles, and a lack of knowledge of the long-term effects.

This narrative that no effective treatment existed supported the mandatory vaccination and other draconian pandemic measures.

Often, the medical councils or authorities that impose these penalties and revoke authorizations are either directly or indirectly in the pocket of the pharmaceutical industry, which naturally has a great interest in directing the public money flow, taxpayers' money, towards the purchase of their patented expensive products, including especially the so-called vaccines.

Several drug regulatory authorities around the world have secret agreements with the WHO, which represents the pharmaceutical industry, for example the Finnish National Institute for Health and Welfare, which responded to the NORTH group's letter, has signed a binding agreement with the WHO (from 2018 to 2026). Most Finns consider this agency, which advises the Finnish government on health matters, to be independent of commercial interests and third-party influence.

This threat of being stripped of her license now hangs over the head of yet another doctor who has strived to treat her patients according to the “do no harm” principle, which is the essence of the Hippocratic Oath in all its simplicity. It is the oath that all doctors take when they receive their license after completing medical school.

Dr. Mary Gilberta St. Rose from Saint Lucia (one of the Westindian Islands) had great success treating her patients with COVID19 related symptoms with Ivermectin back in 2020 and 2021. None of her patients experienced side effects, and none died from COVID-19-like illness or were hospitalized.

She shared her experiences with the public and colleagues, including during expert hearings organized by the World Council for Health in 2022 at the first conference in Bath, England.

Dr. Mary Gilberta St. Rose's treatment protocols, which may or may not have included Ivermectin, were successful and saved the lives of many previously sick Saint Lucians who are now healthy and functioning normally in society today.

She proved with her treatment that COVID-19 related illness could be treated successfully, effectively making Covid-19 vaccines redundant.

The effectiveness of the use of Ivermectin against COVID-19 infection and other viral diseases has been documented worldwide by leading clinicians.

Dr. St. Rose refers to the book titled " Ivermectin . Testimonials by Clinicians World Wide" published in 2024 in Tokyo, Japan. The book is available on Amazon: www.IvermectinBook.com .

The book is edited by Dr. Paul E. Marik. It contains statements from 13 clinicians. Dr. St Rose's testimony is included in the book. Her chapter is titled "Ivermectin. Threatened and Recovering." It is about her trials and tribulations in prescribing Ivermectin to her patients for a wide range of illnesses, which may or may not include CoVID-19. She is a strong advocate for the effective use of Ivermectin. The book calls Ivermectin "the miracle drug of the 21st century."

The book is dedicated to those who lost their lives during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The two researchers, WC Campbell and Satoshi Ōmura, who discovered and developed Ivermectin in the late 1970s, received a Nobel Prize in 2015 for their discovery. Ivermectin was shown to be effective against a wide range of diseases due to its antimicrobial, antiviral and anticancer properties. In particular, it had been proven for a long time that Ivermectin was effective against single-stranded mRNA viruses including Coronaviridae, among others. When Dr. St. Rose shared her experiences with Ivermectin and other products, it was called “unapproved clinical trials” by the authorities, even though there was no evidence for this claim.

This trick is perceived as a particularly ugly form of abuse of power and manipulation in an attempt to silence Dr. Mary Gilberta St. Rose.

The first blow in this case came on 7 December 2021 when Dr Mary Gilberta St Roses was suspended by the local medical board: Medical & Dental Council hereinafter referred to as the Council. The Council imposed a fine of EC$10,000 (approx. 4000 US dollars) on Dr St Rose for her use of Ivermectin to treat her clients for CoVID-19 related symptoms and to educate the public on the use of Ivermectin.

The council then sued Dr. Mary Gilberta St Rose.

David Moyston represented Dr. St Rose in the lawsuit brought by the Medical & Dental Council (Saint Lucia). On February 18, 2022, the court ruled in her favor and reinstated her license to practice medicine.

But the matter did not end there.

On August 25, 2023, the High Court of Saint Lucia overturned the latest decision and sent the matter back to the Council for final determination.

Despite the current data and lack of evidence that Dr. St Rose conducted a clinical trial, the Council imposed 3 fines on Dr. St. Rose totaling EC$7,500 (US$2,767 equivalent))

The justification was:

1. For the conduct of a clinical trial

2. To prescribe and dispense Ivermectin to patients with CoVID-19

3. To publicly encourage the use of Ivermectin as a treatment for CoVID-19

Dr. St Rose exercised her medical and professional duty and right to reuse the medically approved drug, Ivermectin, which is a common practice in medicine throughout the world. Ivermectin is on the World Health Organization (WHO) approved list of essential medicines.

Dr. St. Rose graduated as a medical doctor in 1979 and successfully completed her residency. She took the Hippocratic oath to "do no harm."

Could it be that the Council's intimidation and persecution of Dr. St. Rose is actually about protecting the Council's own reputation in Saint Lucia due to a high number of deaths following the COVID-19 vaccines in 2021? Unfortunatly no official data on deaths and births could be found for St. Lucia. In the search for related data, numbers from Jamaica came up. According to Sally Clark, BSc, Jamaica had no Excess Deaths in 2020 but 31.6% excess in 2021. Peak Excess Deaths Match Peak Covid-19 Vaccine Dosing. This excess mortality rate in 2021 is embarrassing for Jamaican health authorities, especially given that there was no increase in deaths in 2020, the year of the alleged pandemic. Death and birth rates from late 2021 onwards have been blacked out in Jamaica.

The curve below (prepared by Sally Clark) shows when the COVID-19 vaccines were given in Jamaica: Looking back at the mortality curve, a clear temporal correlation is seen with the given COVID-19 products.

On September 17, 2024, Dr. St Rose wrote to the Council that she would not pay the, in her view, illegal fines or go to the appeals board of the Ministry of Health and Wellbeing, as recommended by the Council.

A letter from the Council dated April 14, 2025 states that the Board formally requests that "the outstanding fines be paid within thirty days from the date of this letter. Failure to pay within this period will leave the Board with no alternative but to initiate proceedings for the removal of your name from the Medical and Dental Register."

Dr. St Rose reiterates in a letter dated April 16 to the Council that "the fines will never be paid."

Based on the Council's latest action, Dr. St. Rose will be sending the matter back to the courts, which will require the engagement of legal counsel.

The case is of course a matter of principle and Dr. Saint Rose actually has a chance of winning the case, in light of a recent major victory.

Malaysia.

Very recently, a similar case was won in Malaysia:

In this case, Dr. Roland maintained the right to question the efficacy and safety of COVID-19 “vaccines.”

A press release from the case states:

“Dr. Roland’s fight wasn’t just for himself—it was for all doctors who have been muzzled by the medical mafia, and for all patients who are denied the truth about what they are putting into their bodies. During his defense in September 2024, he made it clear: His video was about empowering people with knowledge, not creating fear. He never asked anyone to ditch the vaccine—he just said they deserved to know the risks alongside the hyped benefits. But the establishment doesn’t want informed choices; they want compliance, and they will destroy anyone who stands in their way.”

Dr. Roland was right to be cautious about these experimental vaccines.

Philippines:

In 2021, a group of doctors and professionals started an organization in the Philippines, Concerned Doctors and Citizens of the Philippines, CDCPH, which, among other things, informed the public about Ivermectin's uses, based on scientific studies.

The CDCPH website, Cdcph.org , states that Ivermectin is proven (evidence-based) to be effective against Zika virus, Dengue fever, Yellow River fever, Sindbis (a mosquito-borne berry picking disease), Semliki Forest disease, and Bird flu.

Human Ivermectin is effective against all of these as it is able to inhibit the replication process of single-stranded mRNA viruses, which all of the viruses mentioned have in common.

It is a fact that SARS-COViD-2 is a single-stranded RNA virus, because it shares the same type of replication process. Thus, it is logical that Ivermectin should work against Coronaviridae.

The first president of the CDCPH, orthopedic surgeon Dr. Benigno Agbayani, publicly recommended the use of Ivermectin in 2020. He was subsequently arrested and imprisoned. Authorities cited an unsolved case from 2013 as justification. According to that case, the allegation was that Dr. Agbayani had used unsterile instruments during an arthroscopy of a knee that subsequently became infected. Dr. Agbayani maintained his innocence.

He refused pardon in prison because it would imply an admission of guilt.

He died in 2022 after 5 months in prison, reportedly from cardiac arrest.

Normally, responsibility for the sterility of surgical instruments lies with an authorized surgical nurse and with the hospital management, who are responsible for organizing hygiene. It is therefore unusual to convict a surgeon in such a case.

A number of legal missteps were made in the course of the case. Had they not occurred, Dr. Afgbayani might never have been convicted in the first place.

According to Sally Clark, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) majoring in physiology and pharmacology, the very large increase in deaths in the Philippines is likely due to the Janssen vaccines. The most widely used product was Pfizer with an estimated 77 million doses, followed by Sinovac with 48.7 million doses. AstraZeneca had 23.9 million doses, and Moderna had 21.6 million doses. What do we know today about these mRNA products against COVID-19:

Today, in 2025, scientists around the world are shocked that Pfizer's mRNA vaccines were contaminated with DNA and the dangerous SV40 enhancers, which are believed to be linked to rapidly developing cancers that are emerging worldwide.

The NORTH Group, which was established at the end of 2024 and represents more than 1500 scientists, doctors, elected officials and professionals from now 24 countries in the world, delivered a joint letter of concern to Prime Ministers and Ministers of Health on November 25, 2024, in which these elected officials were made aware of the following:

(quoted from the letter of concern):

• COVID-19 vaccines resulted in an unprecedented level of reported adverse reactions.

• Analyses by several independent researchers show that Pfizer's and Moderna's products were contaminated with varying and unprecedented levels of residual bacterially derived plasmid DNA from their poorly controlled manufacturing processes.

Based on the latest scientific findings, which strongly suggest that COVID-19 vaccines may integrate into the human genome with the risk of serious consequences for the health of our nation's citizens, NORTH Group recommends (quoted from the letter of concern):

1. An immediate halt to the use of mRNA vaccines and a recall of the product.

2. An independent and transparent investigation into their approval and use.

3. Scientific evidence documenting that there is absolutely no risk of damage to human DNA.

In this context, it is important to note that the COVID-19 mRNA products from Pfizer, that were given to the population were manufactured according to the commercial process 2, which was put into use after the conditional approval/EUA was granted.

This manufactoring process 2 had no randomized, clinical trials of its own. I other words, the product were untested.

It is this commercial manufacturing process that poses an increased risk of transferring residual artificial bacterial plasmid DNA in the vaccines to the human genome. The reason why the said plasmid DNA residues are unlikely to be degraded in the bloodstream is that they are encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles, which makes them resistant to the body's immune system.

This makes the used limit values for DNA content of 10ng/dose obsolete and unusable, as they are set for naked DNA.

What are the consequences for patients and the population when doctors are muzzled by authorities?

When doctors like Dr. St. Rose are prevented from informing the public and colleagues about alternative and effective treatment options, they are also preventing correct and very important information from reaching the population.

How can the population make an informed choice regarding the COVID-19 "vaccines" when they only know one side of the story, the narrative presented in the press.

The council, in this case the Medical & Dental Council, St. Lucia, Jamaica, is thus guilty of misinforming the public by their actions.

The consequence was probably that more people accepted the dangerous products that we now know contain cancer-promoting genes (the SV40 enhancer) , and as the curves from Jamaica above suggest, there is a strong correlation between the given COVID-19 vaccines and excess mortality.

The question is whether the Jamaican health authorities have felt obligated to explain this extreme excess mortality from 2021 to the population?

Persecuting and intimidating doctors who insist on telling the public the truth and who adhere to the precautionary principle likely serves the purpose of scaring other doctors from speaking out, so that the story of safe and effective vaccines gains preponderance in the official narrative.

This case is important for all doctors and patients in the world. If doctors are not allowed to act according to their own convictions in the individual best interests of the patient, the damage will be irreparable.

The World Health Organization, WHO, is proposing new international health regulations that, among other things, aim to ensure that doctors in the future can only prescribe medicines that the WHO has decided are on an accepted list and for certain accepted diseases. The WHO controls through diagnosis coding which diseases are allowed to “exist”.

Injuries and deaths following COVID-19 mRNA vaccines are not among those.

WHO has a strong ambition to become a global certifying authority for the medical profession with Europe as its first bastion.

The physician's right to choose treatment options for the patient, based on biological and physiological knowledge and the patient's individual biological conditions, is a right that is essential for a healthy physician-patient relationship. THE RIGHT TO TRIAL a particular drug or substance in agreement with the patient is fundamental. Calling the exercise of this right an "unapproved clinical trial" is unreasonable manipulation in the absence of evidence and an attempt to limit both the physician's and the patient's rights to free choice after informed consent. The physician's ability to reuse approved drugs is threatened.

It is necessary to establish and restore the sovereign medical rights of all people living in Saint Lucia, in the Caribbean region and throughout the world.

As a special interest organization, the WHO, through their secret agreements with ministries, drug regulatory authorities, universities, etc., the so-called collaboration centers and other similar centers, has infiltrated and influenced public decision-makers and elected politicians to spend taxpayers' money on their stakeholders' products.

WHO's pandemic preparedness is largely about indoctrinating decision-makers into believing that the only solution to various viral diseases and inflated pandemics is vaccines.

It is also a really smart business trick if these so-called vaccines trigger a range of diseases over months or years, e.g. autoimmune diseases, hormonal diseases, immunodeficiency and not least cancer, which, ironically enough, are often covered by the same manufacturers' products, e.g. gene therapy for cancer, which these companies have on their shelves. BioNTech delivered the COVID-19 mRNA products to most of Europe. If you go to BioNTec's website, you will find countless products for the treatment of cancer in the pipeline.

It is clear that doctors who talk about cheap and effective treatments for viral diseases with old, out-of-patent remedies, which also work against cancer, pose strong threats to these manufacturers' business concepts.

This kind of publicity threatens the pharmaceutical industry's customer base, their cash cow, which is based on regulatory authorities in countries with high tax burdens. There is a lot of money to be made for the pharmaceutical industry and their minions, including the WHO worldwide, if these national authorities can be convinced that there is no other treatment than their own expensive patented drugs.
